Train like a Pro Bikini competitor!


This is a very intense training programme, written and used by Somaiah, a WBFF Pro Bikini competitor. It is an 'off-season', hypertrophy programme that should be used in a calorie surplus and intended for experienced gym-goers.


The programme includes 4 workouts, intended to be used for 4 weeks, to drastically increase the ferocity of your training. The programme is ideal for breaking through a plateaux or getting your training out of a rut. Also included are suggestions on supplementation, cardio and training split.
